Knox Shopping Centre is located in the outer eastern region of metropolitan Melbourne in the suburb of Wantirna South. The centre is located on the corner of Burwood Highway and Stud road. There are many ways to travel to the centre; by bus, car or bicycle or you can walk if you live nearby.

There are over 350 specialty retailers at Knox Shopping Centre and major stores include Myer, Target, Coles, Kmart, Harvey Norman, Toys R Us, Harris Scarfe and a Village 15-screen state of the art cinema complex.
Knox Shopping Centre is made up of two main shopping precincts being, Knox City and Knox O-Zone. Knox City is a two level fully enclosed shopping centre which first opened in 1977 and is a traditional shopping centre. Knox O-Zone is an outdoor leisure, dining and entertainment precinct, which boasts one of the largest cinema screens in Australia. Knox O-Zone is home to over 24 cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a selection of retail stores including sports, music, electronics, large format furniture and whitegoods stores. Knox O-Zone also encompasses an AMF Bowling Centre, a Timezone Centre and Fitness First gym.

Walk for fun & fitness!
Join the Knox Shopping Centre Mall Walkers.
Mall Walking is a Knox Shopping Centre health and fitness initiative that has been operating for over ten years. This program currently boasts over 400 members and is still growing strong.
The Heart Foundation strongly encourages people of all ages to be active every day, recommending a "moderate activity, such as brisk walking, is good for your health!"

A new modern Parent’s Room is located on Level 2, near the Customer Service Desk. Other Parent’s Rooms are also located around the centre on Level 2, in the Food Court and near HBA; and Level 1, near the Library and Australia Post.

Parking is FREE and can be accessed from Burwood Highway, Stud Road or Melbourne Street. There are over 6,200 car parking spaces with 2,700 of these undercover. The centre has over 30 Parents with Prams parking spaces, 22 ShopMobility and 16 Disabled parking spaces.

Disabled customers are well catered for with specialised access parking, wheelchair access ramps and accessible toilets. Accessible toilets are located on Level 1, near the Library, and Australia Post Office and Knox O-Zone, near JB Hi-FI, as well as on Level 2, near Socrates and in the Loft, near Riot Art & Craft.

ShopMobility is an innovative program designed to assist customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities, and the aged. ShopMobility is located at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Rebel Sport. Services include: electric scooters, manual wheelchairs, walking aids, pick up and drop off zones.
