  • Do you have Parent’s Rooms?

    The centre has a number of Parent’s Rooms. A modern Parent's Room is located on Level 2, near the Customer Service Desk, which has space to leave prams, enclosed breastfeeding rooms, a microwave to warm bottles and food, sink bench with a stone finish to wash/cool milk bottles; a parents’ sitting room; a separate children’s play area with toys, baby change benches with hand basins and nappy bins, a 42-inch plasma TV and more.


    The centre also has other Parent’s Rooms which are located on Level 1, near the Library and Australia Post and Level 2, in the Food Court and near Socrates. Facilities include private feeding rooms, microwave facilities, and lounges for feeding.

  • Do you have centre gift cards and where are they available from?

    Knox Shopping Centre does have gift cards which can be used at over 280 stores. Gift cards can be purchased from the Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Rebel Sport. Gift cards are redeemable at participating retailers and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Do you hire out Kiddie Karts, wheelchairs and electric scooters?

    Yes we do.  These are complimentary from the Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Rebel Sport.  To hire anyone of these services you just need to provide a form of photo ID (current drivers licence or current passport) so that the Customer Service Desk can record your information.  You can use these all day long however during the busy Christmas period we request that you bring these back as soon as you are finished with them.  Kiddie Karts and wheelchairs must be returned a half an hour before trade ends.

  • Where do I go if I have lost or found something?

    All lost property and found items should be taken to the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2, near Rebel Sport.  Myer, Target, Kmart, Coles and Harris Scarfe also have their own lost property services.

  • Where is the Bus Interchange located?

    The Bus Interchange is located on Level 2, via Burwood Highway (Entry 2).

  • Where is the taxi rank located?

    There are two taxi ranks at Knox Shopping Centre.


    - Level 2, next to the Bus Interchange. Enter via Burwood Highway (Entry 2).


    - Knox O-Zone, opposite Thirsty Camel on Adelaide Street. Enter via Capital City Boulevarde off Burwod Highway (Entry 5).
